   AI startups are hot right now, and getting that first check can feel like you’ve made it. But let me tell you—after the funding, that’s when the real work begins. The truth? Grit is what gets you through the inevitable failures, late nights, and pivots. The money’s great, but it’s your resilience that’s going to keep your startup alive.

3. Consistency is King 

   The AI world moves fast, but the growth of your startup is a marathon, not a sprint. It’s the daily grind—the small actions you take every single day—that lead to real progress. It’s not sexy, but it’s the truth.
